Born and raised in Hong Kong, Tina is interested in painting on wooden panels and working with woodblock printing as the medium to explore human emotions amidst rapid changes in society. Through her art works , she attempts to reflect on her relationship with society, its history as well as the issues of identity. Tina’s works are often semi-abstract and semi-representational. She enjoys creating a flat perspective and imaginary space featuring juxtaposition of landscape, figures and architecture.
Tina graduated from the RMIT University of Melbourne, Australia with Bachelor of Art (Fine Arts), majoring in painting with distinction. She has exhibited her works in Hong Kong and Macau and have worked with various publishers on commissioned works. She currently lives in Hong Kong and is resident artist at B-Space Hong Kong.
